Senior Social India
Terms & Safety Guidelines
Last updated: 20 August 2026
Senior Social India helps senior citizens and families express interest in community connection, activities and support. These terms explain the expected use of the platform and the safety approach.
1. Interest registration first
Submitting the form is an interest registration only. It does not automatically confirm membership, event participation, companionship matching or any specific service.
2. Verification and approval
Senior Social India may verify details through email, phone, family contact or voluntary ID verification where appropriate. Members should be reviewed and admin-approved before being connected with groups, activities or other members.
3. Safe conduct
Users must behave respectfully and honestly. Harassment, abuse, impersonation, fraud, pressure for money, inappropriate behaviour or misuse of senior citizens’ information is not allowed.
4. No emergency service
Senior Social India is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial or counselling service. For emergencies, users should contact local emergency services, family members or appropriate professional support.
5. Family-assisted use
Family members may help a senior register or communicate with Senior Social India, but they should provide accurate information and respect the senior person’s dignity, consent and preferences.
6. Events and meetings
Local groups, meetings and events should be arranged carefully. Until formal verification and safety procedures are complete, seniors should avoid meeting unknown individuals privately or sharing sensitive personal, financial or identity information.
7. App availability plan
The planned Phase 3 app availability countries are India, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, UAE and Singapore. Events and groups may start India-first, while family support access may be available globally.
8. Account suspension or blocking
Senior Social India may reject, suspend, block or remove a registration if information appears false, unsafe, abusive, suspicious, duplicate or unsuitable for the community.
9. Changes
These terms and safety guidelines may be updated as the platform develops, especially before official app-store launch.
